  I highly recommend Era Carpet Services to anyone looking to have their gutters cleaned. Derald was efficient, affordable, and a great problem solver. My gutters were so backed up that water was spilling over the top of the gutters. It appeared to look like my seals were broken and needed replacement. Derald assured me that was not the problem and quickly got to work unclogging my drain pipes to the gutters. He was correct, because once he got rid of all the leaves and debris that had formed, the water was able to flow down the pipes and not over the top where it was hitting the house. Derald also noticed that there was a lot of water back up on the side of my house due to poor drainage from the drainage hole in the ground. Again, Derald got to work unclogging the drainage hole and the water that was a long side of my house quickly disappeared. With that said, I would recommend this company to anyone.   Darrel was great! He really worked with me on coming in at a time that worked with my schedule. He was on-time, very careful, and friendly. He even helped move some of the furnishings that got in the way!

His service was top notch and now I can see the colors in my carpet again! He actually showed us all the dirty that came out from our carpets, which was eye opening! He gave us one of the cheapest quotes from the other businesses that got back to us and I love that he's a local business (and family) man.

It was my first time getting our carpets cleaned, but it's a good reminder to get your carpets cleaned in the morning to allow time for your carpets to dry when you're not in the house!
