Darrel was great! He really worked with me on coming in at a time that worked with my schedule. He was on-time, very careful, and friendly. He even helped move some of the furnishings that got in the way!

His service was top notch and now I can see the colors in my carpet again! He actually showed us all the dirty that came out from our carpets, which was eye opening! He gave us one of the cheapest quotes from the other businesses that got back to us and I love that he's a local business (and family) man.

It was my first time getting our carpets cleaned, but it's a good reminder to get your carpets cleaned in the morning to allow time for your carpets to dry when you're not in the house!

Derald is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. Job was okay, but service / respect was extremely unprofessional. Borderline racism perhaps, or some other deeper issue but I would simply take my business elsewhere -- his rudeness is not worth your while.

EDIT: Derald's shop is under 5 min from house and he insisted on charging $90 for pickup and delivery. Additionally, my wife was coordinating with him and he asked her to move the bed -- I mean how hard is it to lift the bed and slide the rug underneath? And if you can't do it, no issues -- no need to be rude and threatening.

Avoid at all costs.
