Amazing cleaning & very detail oriented!
Derald got the job done-- we had a couch that REALLY needed cleaning. No pets but just thought of all the years and people who sat on it.

After our couch was all poofed up and looked fresh again after drying out. (Also if you leave in the outside for just a few hours that speeds it up- great tip on his part. We had a super sunny day in Pacifica as we live in the sunny side of town)

He is nice and listened to all my concerns before cleaning. (I'm very picky.)
He knew all about floors as we have LVL flooring and a carpet on top. Had it removed to clean and put back.

We have a baby too and he was super nice because he has a big family / felt very safe having him in the house.

He cleaned our couch and one seater and carpet. By the end of the session he was sweating and he checked in to make sure I was totally satisfied.

  Derald did a fantastic job on carpets and rugs that had been neglected since the pandemic. I'd forgotten how great they could look. He explained how I needed to take care of each one and even called the next day to make sure everything was fully dry and still looked great. I'm almost a week out now, and I'm still so happy to see my rugs and carpet looking fantastic every time I walk in the door. I highly recommend New Era Carpet and will be using them again for sure.

  Wow Derald came in and helped me get my spring cleaning started and finished. He steam cleaned our couch chair and rug, then the carpet in the bedrooms and hallways. They look great. He is also cleaning our vents and heating system. And he is scheduled to do the rain spouts as we have a few plants and vines that are growing. Derald is friendly and fast working and does an excellent job. The value of his prices is definitely worth the money

  Derald did an excellent job of cleaning a small area of my apartment's carpet. He explained what he was going to do to help remove some stains and pee marks from my dog.
We found a way to successfully clean the carpet and he did it with a smile on his face. Really happy with the results and if I ever need carpet cleaning again I will reach out to him, he has very competitive prices and great customer service.

  Darrel was great! Our gutter was clogged and water was spilling over onto the window right below it, resulting in a leak. Darrel was able to fit us into the schedule within just 2 days. He came out, assessed the situation, and removed a bunch of clogged debris. He also cleaned our other gutters too.   I highly recommend Era Carpet Services to anyone looking to have their gutters cleaned. Derald was efficient, affordable, and a great problem solver. My gutters were so backed up that water was spilling over the top of the gutters. It appeared to look like my seals were broken and needed replacement. Derald assured me that was not the problem and quickly got to work unclogging my drain pipes to the gutters. He was correct, because once he got rid of all the leaves and debris that had formed, the water was able to flow down the pipes and not over the top where it was hitting the house. Derald also noticed that there was a lot of water back up on the side of my house due to poor drainage from the drainage hole in the ground. Again, Derald got to work unclogging the drainage hole and the water that was a long side of my house quickly disappeared. With that said, I would recommend this company to anyone.   Derald and Ted were skillful in unblocking our downspout. They were able to come within a few hours of messaging them, which was critical for us since water was starting to pool on our roof.
